The TruSeq SR Cluster Kit v3-cBot-HS contains cluster generation reagents for the cBot cluster amplification system in a pre-mixed, 96-well plate format that requires minimal reagent preparation.

DNA library samples are bound to complementary adapter oligos grafted on the surface of the flow cell. The templates are copied from the hybridized primer by 3' extension using a high fidelity DNA polymerase.
