File Sizes

The digital files that are currently available on this site are as follows: MP3 (320kbps), AAC (256kbps), FLAC (16-bit/44.1kHz or 24-bit/96kHz), ALAC (16-bit/44.1kHz or 24-bit/96kHz). It is our policy to offer the best quality files available. 


CORO downloads contain as much additional information (metadata) as possible. This includes cover artwork and, where available, digital booklet notes. Please note, however, that not all media players read all of this information and we regret that we are unable to provide printed booklets to accompany downloads.

Download Expiry

There is no expiry date on your download, which means you can download your order at any time. Once you close your browser or navigate away from the download screen you can go to your download confirmation email and click on the download link from there.

Refund Policy

Before purchasing a download you must ensure that what you are about to order is correct. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for any difficulties that you might encounter with content you have downloaded that relate to compatibility with your software and/or hardware. It is the your responsibility to ensure that the test files available on the website function properly on their computer before proceeding to purchase downloads.

In the unlikely event that you encounter problems with content you have downloaded in terms of quality (i.e. the file stops playing after 10 seconds) or if the file is damaged, please contact us at digital@thesixteen.com and we will do our best to correct the situation. If we are unable to correct the fault, a full refund will be offered.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. The type of information we will collect about you includes: name, email address, IP address and from January 2015, your postal address. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.You also have the right to require us to delete all the information we hold at any time. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. If you have any questions/comments about privacy, you should email us. We may use your contact details to inform you about other offers but you will be given the chance to refuse any further marketing emails from us if you so wish.
